These terms cover your use of this website. By browsing the site or sending us a quote request, you agree to them. If you do not, please don't use the site.
1. What this site is
This site describes the LED screens and production services Showtime LED offers, and gives you a way to ask us for a quote. It is an informational and enquiry site. You cannot book equipment, reserve a date, or pay for anything through it.
2. Quote requests are not bookings
This is the part most worth understanding. Submitting the quote form sends us your enquiry — nothing more. It does not:
- Reserve a screen, a trailer, or a date.
- Create a contract between us.
- Guarantee that equipment is available for your event.
- Guarantee a particular price.
Nothing is confirmed until we have spoken with you and both sides have agreed terms in writing. Availability is genuinely finite — a date is only yours once we have said so.
Any prices shown on this site are indicative starting points to help you budget. Real pricing depends on your dates, location, duration, power, crew, and what the site can physically accommodate. Your quote is what governs.
3. Rentals are governed by a separate agreement
When you go ahead with a rental, that is covered by the rental agreement you sign with us — delivery and setup, damage and loss, cancellation, insurance, power requirements, site access, and payment all live there.
Those terms are not on this page on purpose. If this page repeated them, the two would eventually disagree, and you would have no way of knowing which one applied. Where this page and your signed rental agreement differ, the rental agreement wins.
4. Using the site properly
Please don't:
- Submit false information, or someone else's contact details, in the quote form.
- Use the form or chat to send spam, or to attempt to overload, probe, or break the site.
- Copy the photography, video, copy, or design from this site for your own commercial use.
- Scrape the site automatically without asking us first.
We rate-limit the quote form and may block submissions that look automated. If a legitimate enquiry gets caught by that, call us on (816) 506-9477 and we will sort it out.
5. Our content
The photographs, video, text, logos, and design on this site belong to Showtime LED or are used with permission. Event photography may show clients, venues, and third-party brands; their marks belong to them and appear here to illustrate work we have done, not to imply they endorse us.
You are welcome to link to this site. You may not republish its content as your own.
6. Accuracy
We try to keep specifications, sizes, availability, and pricing on this site current and correct, but we do not guarantee it. Equipment changes, details get out of date, and mistakes happen. Confirm anything you plan to rely on with us directly before making a decision about your event.
7. Third-party services and links
The site uses third-party services — hosting, analytics, live chat, embedded video — and links to external sites such as our social profiles. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to. See our Privacy Policy for which services are involved and what they collect.
8. Availability of the site
We aim to keep the site up but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of it at any time. If the site is down and you need us, call or email — those reach us regardless.
9. Limitation of liability
This site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Showtime LED is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website, or from relying on information published on it, in the absence of a signed agreement between us.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your rights under a rental agreement you have signed with us.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
